Double Room: £35 per person sharing per night

All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, 14"televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. A Breakfast is included in the price.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation policy, a minimum 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation; otherwise a charge will be due for the room reserved.

Please arrange with us your check-in time. Check-out time is 10.30am.

Please note that we do not cater for pets, and that the residence is a no smoking environment.

Wireless broadband internet is supplied to all rooms.
